The first section is focused on having the right mindset to take control of your weight and transform your body shape. By following this morning routine you will increase your confidence and self esteem to make sure you stick to the eight-week plan.
Having a solid nutritional plan is the key to any successful health and fitness journey so in this program you can create your own daily meal plan using the 27 recipes I’ve created. Each recipe is simple to follow and will make sure you hit your personal daily macronutrient targets that are needed to support you as you develop through the training portion of the program.
H.I.R.T. BOX FLOW has a total of 6 routines which can be followed by both app guidance and video instruction.
The full program will provide 8 weeks of weekly training plans where you will train for at least 30 minutes per day, six-days a week, having one day of rest.
The key to this plan is consistency so although 30 minutes doesn’t sound a lot when thinking about one session, it's more the fact that you have to complete the training six-days a week.
Each week the exercises will change and develop to push you harder.
By the time your in the final two weeks you will be working out for 58 minutes per day and will feel fantastic!
